I am a political scientist who is interested in contentious politics, civil society and state power, with a regional focus on Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Government and International Studies of Hong Kong Baptist University.
My current research focuses on youth politics, community participation, and the nexus between social media and popular protests.
